How can I extend the life of my Flowers?
At Patzees we use only premium flowers and execute a multiple step process to ensure their freshness and longevity. Flowers designed in floral foam will not last as long as fresh cuts in a vase.
Daily monitoring of water levels and hydration is essential.
Depending on the flower varieties used in your arrangement your blooms can last 4 to 8 days depending on room temperature and customer care.
To give your Vase arrangement the best conditions to extend the life of your flowers, we suggest, taking the flowers out of the vase after a few days, re-cutting the flower stems on a sharp angle and placing them in a vase of fresh clean water.
For Floral Arrangements designed in foam. Always Keep the floral foam moist and keep the dish or vessel it is designed in filled with water. Do not allow the foam to dry out.
Can I change the colour and variety of my flowers?
Every effort will be made to fulfill your requests, however varieties and colors are based on availability and what is in season. If you would like a specific color theme, please contact us directly.
Refund Policy
The arrangements depicted on our website represent the overall colour schemes and styles that of each arrangement. Due to availability, seasonality or the quality of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value to the flowers and/or the container to ensure you receive the highest quality product. If the flowers you have requested are not available we may make a substitution of equal or greater value while making every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, theme and colour combinations. So although the actual arrangement may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. For plants and orchids, similar plants and various containers may be substituted for equal or greater value. If a suitable substitution cannot be made, we will contact you by phone or email to determine how you would like to proceed.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive a replacement product, please call or e-mail.
